Redesign the full welcome push notification journey for Candy Crush Friends Saga, briefed in by the CRM team.
The Challenge
The existing push notifications used basic imagery – characters, candies, and rewards in isolation. They didn't reflect the in-game experience or support the CRM campaign narrative.
Approach
Redesigned the full sequence to feel cohesive with the in-game world and aligned to the CRM campaign flow – moving from generic asset drops to a visual journey that matched what players would experience in the game.
